We will be doing 2 underwater breathwork sessions, where you breath through a snorkel floating face down while someone is gently holding you. Through the high vibration of water, we are able to penetrate even deeper into the subconscious mind, releasing limiting thoughts, beliefs, traumas, etc at the root cause. Traumas that date back to our time in the womb and through early childhood are gently processed and released. Profound transformations often come from only a few sessions.
