Conscious Breathwork is a safe and simple breathing technique that connects us to deep states of relaxation. The session is done lying down and releases stagnant energy, which is often the root cause of stress and illness. Releasing stress patterns and dropping into deep meditative states gives way to the flow of creativity and clarity. Major shifts and spontaneous healing is possible in just one session! No experience required.
This practice raises your vibration so that healing and transformation happen naturally. The process will be amplified with the energies of the surrounding nature and water, which will bring your entire being into harmony with the rhythms of nature.

We will meet at the Lake Harbor Park parking lot at 6:45PM. The breathwork journey will be from 7-9. Sunset is around 9:23 so you are of course welcome to hang out after. It is a 5 minute walk through the woods to the ceremony location overlooking the water. We will all walk there together.
-Yoga mat or pad
-1-2 blankets and pillow
-Eye pillow (If you want one)
-Headlamp or flashlight
